My name is Hope Jensen.  In 2021, it was 20 years since I chose to lift people full time. I help my clients live the life they are meant to live -  by giving hope and learning to stand up for themselves and feel optimistic in their own choices, both in private and work life. My philosophy is that the power of thought is leading and comes first. If you manage to control your own thoughts, the emotions follow and then movements and everything we do. I teach how to look at yourself and others with new eyes and thus live an optimistic and rich life.
