Carefully familiarize yourself with the terms before you shop

Think how wonderful it is to open the wardrobe and know that everything there suits you. That everything you choose is clean, neat and looks good on you. Nothing tightens in the wrong places and everything is the right size. Everything you choose will make you feel nice, safe and maybe even a little proud. 


When you feel too big for your clothes, you often feel too small for the outside world.
One feels that one never enough and always too much at once.
People of all ages can feel uncomfortable feelings of alienation, rejection, condescension and even bullying.
All of this can in turn lead to insecurity, loss of self-confidence, isolation and even the development of anxiety.

Obesity is a major societal problem, but it is greatest for those who feel too great. 
Fear of health, fear of what people say, not being able to play with children and grandchildren, not participating in activities affects us very negatively.

Many people who consider themselves overweight also develop mental problems such as low self-esteem, isolation, low self-esteem, fear, insomnia and even anxiety and depression.  

The way you deal with all the emotions around the body and obesity can help make the problem worse, by eating to numb the problem. Then you quickly get into a vicious circle that can feel impossible to get out of. 

By addressing the emotional side of both obesity and life, one can stop this circle and even reverse it.  

In my course, you learn to be aware of what you are thinking and feeling, how to deal with these feelings better, so that your need to eat decreases. Furthermore, we practice changing the negative emotions and finding new, healthier response methods. 

Have you tried other methods, succeed a bit and then get bigger again?
Do you want to love yourself and your own body? 
Do you want to feel nice and smile to the body that appears in the mirror? 
If you are ready for a different method to lose kilos, then this may be the course for you. 

We meet via PC / tablet in small, intimate groups of a maximum of 6 people, so you can participate safely from your own home. 
The lessons consist of theory, questions, answers and reflection. Between classes, you must do exercises and test theories in practice. 
The course runs over 2 days with 6 hours (we set aside time for lunch) and then 10 weeks with 1.5 hours a week. 

Price is NOK 25,000 for the course, including course material. 
You can also divide the course and pay NOK 15,000 at start-up and NOK 15,000 after 4 weeks. 
If you want a further division of the course fee, you can pay NOK 15,000 before the start of the course and NOK 1750 per week for 10 weeks.

Terms of purchase: 
Registration is binding and the course fee will be invoiced in full even if course participants fail to attend part or all of the course. Unsubscribe between 1 and 4 weeks before the course is charged with 50% of the total course fee. Unsubscribe 1 week or less before the start of the course charged with 100% of the course fee.
No refund of course fee is given in the event of illness, quarantine or the like. 

Due to illness must be confirmed by a doctor's statement. The course fee for the remaining hours will then be refunded with a deduction of a cancellation fee of NOK 1,000. 
If the course is canceled, the course fee will be refunded in full.

Course rules:
All participants must participate actively and do the mental and emotional tasks they are given. 
All participants must appear on the screen, be on the sound and answer questions in the group. 
All participants must give other participants room for their own feelings and participation. 
All participants have a duty of confidentiality and it is not allowed to record any of the meetings.
If you are unable to attend one of the meetings, you will lose the day's information and will not receive compensation for this. You also do not receive financial compensation for the hours you can not attend. 

Treat yourself to a course that is designed for you, your everyday life and your emotions. 
We meet at my office in Bergen or via Zoom for a 6-hour or 12-hour course where most people feel a small change already after the first hour. We look at why you became less optimistic, what unproven patterns you have added and how you can change these to new, more productive and optimistic ones. Together we build you up so that you achieve the OPTIMISTIC everyday life you deserve. 

The course is unfortunately not suitable for people who are depressed or overweight for medical reasons. Here I recommend contacting a doctor and having your own solutions adapted.
